My company has rented the entire place for a long-term project we are working on in the area. This place is great! Good location, clean, and safe.... and very quite. Management is onsite and addresses any of our concerns quickly and they are super nice folks! I highly recommend the Simple Stay to anyone needing to stay in the area.

My company rented the entire facility out for a long term project we are working on in 2022-2023. The facilities are clean and safe. Management is responsive to questions and concerns. Any minor issue was had was addressed quickly and to my team's satisfaction. I would 100% recommend Simple Stay to anyone who is looking for simple, clean, safe accommodations.

I didn’t stay there personally but one of our employees did for a few days.
Stellar service by Ruston and his team - our employee got sound rest each night and enjoyed the standard cabin very much.
Naturally we’ll be back in town to continue work and we will be staying here each time if there’s room.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and can't say enough good things about the place. We custom harvest in the area and the cabins were perfect for us. We rented 4 cabins. The cabins are very clean, beds are comfortable, and have their own bathroom. We will definitely be back next year. Mr. Ruston and his wife were very nice to rent from. Best place we have stayed in while in Port Lavaca.

Rustin is a wonderful guy and really understandable person. The room i got was excellent has its own restroom and shower also has a fridge and microwave a tv with cable and free wifi. Also you have a washing machine and dryer available 24/7 I strongly recommend this place i would definitely be back to this place and get a room.

This place is nice and quiet, the owner is very attentive and an all around nice guy. Loved staying here and will for sure stay here again if I'm ever back in the future!
